The Challenge

Manufacturing brands often struggle to translate technical capability into a clear digital narrative. The challenge was to present a highly specialized job shop in a way that felt professional, credible, and accessible—without oversimplifying the work or relying on generic industrial branding.

At the same time, the digital foundation was still forming, requiring flexibility as priorities shifted and the project timeline evolved.

The Approach

I focused on clarity and restraint—prioritizing straightforward messaging, real imagery, and content that reflected the shop’s expertise rather than marketing polish.

This included:

  • Developing clear, jargon-aware messaging for a non-technical audience

  • Creating authentic visual assets by photographing real parts and processes

  • Publishing consistent LinkedIn content to build visibility and credibility

  • Supporting website structure and content direction prior to launch

The approach balanced operational realities with brand consistency, ensuring the work remained useful even as the project paused..

The Outcome

While the website project was ultimately paused, the engagement established a stronger digital foundation through clear messaging, original visual assets, and consistent LinkedIn presence.

The work demonstrates the ability to operate across creative direction, content, and operations—adapting strategy to real-world constraints while maintaining brand integrity.
